Consignor Terms Summary

• Consignor (You) grants and Consignee (Baghunter) agrees to list the Consigned Property on Baghunter.com for sale
• Consignor agrees to email and/or upload on the Website high resolution images in jpeg or gif format without watermarks and to provide descriptions of the Consigned Property (such as color, material, size, style, brand name, etcetera) so that the Consigned Property can be listed on the Website. Baghunter may add its “BagHunter”™ watermark to the images to protect the images from getting stolen/copied
• The item(s) cannot be listed for a lower price online than what it is offered for on BagHunter (listing price must be the same), though you may accept lower offers
• Baghunter will present all offers to Consignor and Consignor is required to respond within twenty-four (24) hours with whether he or she accepts the offer or wishes to counter the offer
• If you sell an item on your own, please let Baghunter know so that the item can be removed from the inventory or get marked as “sold”
• Once the consigned property sells, within 24 hours after the payment clears, Baghunter will issue full payment to Consignee minus the agreed commission, sales tax (if applicable) and either via paypal or escrow.com (Consignor’s choice)
• Once consigned property is sold, consignor agrees to ship it to Baghunter or at Baghunter's discretion, consignor agrees to ship it to Baghunter’s customer directly using the pre-paid UPS shipping label Baghunter will provide. That label will have a tracking number, and based on our terms and conditions with our Customer, Customer will pay for insurance and provide a signature for the package
