Return & Refund Policy
No Returns
We do not accept returns, all purchases are final. We describe our bags very accurately and request that you ask all questions before you make a purchase. We will gladly answer any questions you have as well as provide additional pictures upon request.
No Refunds
We do not give any refunds as we do not accept returns and all purchases are final sale without exception. The only reason a refund would be issued is if a bag is not authentic, which has never once happened on Baghunter and never will. Our team of authentication experts inspect and authenticate every bag before it is shipped to our clients.
Limited Exchanges
We do accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of purchase but you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We are an ultra-luxury handbag platform and once we ship out a bag, we promptly send a check to the consignor/seller of this bag. We lose more on exchanges than the 25% restocking fee we charge and only provide this for our clients as an option in case an exchange is unavoidable.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for your bag. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your credit amount upon completion of exchange. For example if you receive a credit for the purchase price (minus 25% restocking fee), the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your remaining credit amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for us to receive your exchanged bag may vary. Most Fedex and UPS shipments arrive within a week in the continental US. International shipments can take longer if unexpected delays occur with customs.
For all exchanges, please use a trackable shipping service, purchase shipping insurance for the full purchase price and send it via signature required. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless we sign for it.
