Kylie Jenner Gets Hermès Birkin for Birthday

The Hermes Birkin is the bag of choice for many famous and elite people worldwide. Made from incredibly luxurious leathers and skins, created meticulously with utmost precision and available only in limited quantities, Birkins make a powerful fashion statement. For most people, they are a dream bag that you could only dream of owning; for the uber-rich Kardashian family, Birkin bags are a great birthday gift.

The youngest of the Kardashians, Kylie, just turned 18. What she got for her 18^th birthday is nothing short of spectacular. Along with a bright red Mercedes G-wagon, Kylie Jenner was given a prestigious Hermes Birkin.

The tanned leather Hermes Birkin bag was a gift that she got during her birthday dinner with the family at the Nobu restaurant in Malibu. While sources confirmed that the Mercedes was a generous gift from her boyfriend Tyga, nobody knows who she got the Birkin from. However, her mother Kris was spotted shopping for Hermes bags the week before the celebrations.

It Runs in the Family

While all of the Kardashian girls are fashion lovers, they have a special appreciation for the Hermes brand. They have all been spotted on numerous occasions carrying a variety of different Hermes bags. Kendall was spotted just recently sporting a simple, yet incredibly elegant Hermes Jige Clutch in White. 

Khloe has her own love for Birkin bags owning a Birkin in almost every available color. She also has a Birkin that was custom painted by none other than the infamous graffiti artist Alec Monopoly. While this Birkin is truly unique and special, there is no telling how much it could be worth if she were to sell it. It’s the only one in the world. She has also recently been spotted carrying around a bright yellow Hermes Birkin.

Kim is another lover of the custom paint jobs when it comes to Hermes bags. Kanye West actually gave her an oversized Birkin that was painted by none other than George Condo; the painting is of nude figures. However, her oversized Birkin was no match to her cream-colored Birkin that was hand painted by her very own daughter North. This specific bag made the headlines of all major media outlets as Kim K let her daughter paint all over a luxurious bag worth thousands of dollars. She carries it around with pride nonetheless. 

Even momma Kris enjoys carrying around the coveted Birkin. Here she is spotted with a bright yellow Birkin. This is only one of the many Hermes bags she has been spotted with. Just a week before Kylie’s 18^th birthday, Kris was photographed holding two small Birkin bags.
